Qualifications

• MRTPI status or working towards Chartership.
• 4–5 years' planning experience in private or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established, family-run planning consultancy with a strong reputation and a growing workload. The business is currently made up of two full‑time Chartered Planners, supported by an experienced administrative team, and is experiencing a sustained increase in project demand. As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint either a Town Planner or Senior Town Planner to join their close‑knit team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering planning advice across a varied portfolio of projects and helping support the next phase of the company's expansion.

The Role

• Managing a range of planning applications and appeals.

About You

• MRTPI status (or be working towards Chartership if applying at Planner level).
• Approximately 4-5 years' planning experience within either the private or public sector.
• Strong knowledge of the UK planning system.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage projects independently and work effectively within a small team environment.
