Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Planner to join a growing Planning team in the South West. The role focuses on client management, project delivery, mentoring junior staff, and supporting regional growth.

You will lead planning applications, provide strategic guidance, and contribute to winning new work while collaborating with colleagues across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment.
• Strong technical planning expertise and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of the South West planning market and policy landscape.
• Commercially aware with an interest in networking and business development.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior colleagues.
