Job summary

The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited in Birmingham is seeking a Senior Town Planner to lead urban and regional planning projects from inception to completion. You will oversee a variety of tasks to ensure timely and compliant outcomes.

You will conduct thorough analysis on land use, zoning, transportation, and environmental factors to inform planning decisions, with a focus on UK planning laws. RTPI membership and proven UK experience are preferred, and the role offers a manageable

Qualifications

• Degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Membership of the RTPI or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
