The Planner Jobs Redactive Publishing Limited is seeking a Senior Town Planner in Sevenoaks to lead urban and regional planning projects from start to finish. The role offers a competitive salary and a chance to influence development in the area.

You will conduct thorough land use, zoning, transportation and environmental analyses, maintain a manageable caseload, and work within a supportive team environment that encourages career progression and professional growth through UK planning

Qualifications

• A degree in Town Planning or a related field.
• Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or eligibility for membership.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the UK.
• Strong understanding of UK planning laws and regulations.
