Veolia is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the safe, regulated delivery of a large Total Waste Management contract on a COMAH site at Fawley, promoting a compliant, high-performing team environment.

You will manage Contract Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors to hit service, KPI and budget targets, drive continuous improvement, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on safety and quality outcomes.

Qualificações

• Experience in total waste management (TWM) contracting at a managerial level.
• Strong commercial and contract-management experience including budgeting and forecasting.
• Waste knowledge across hazardous, non-hazardous, and recyclates; environmental qualification preferred.
• Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH are desirable.
• Experience with vehicle fleets, CPC qualification and project management skills.
• Excellent stakeholder, customer and people-management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe and regulated delivery of a large TWM contract at a COMAH site.
• Manage Contract Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors to meet targets.
• Build customer relationships and drive collaborative improvements.
• Oversee commercial performance including P&L, forecasts and budgets.
• Drive contract health reviews and continuous improvement with safety systems.
• Coach, develop and mentor teams through training and performance management.
