Job summary

Veolia is seeking a Contract Manager to lead the safe delivery of a large Total Waste Management contract at a COMAH site in the Fawley area. You will manage Contract Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors to hit service, KPI and budget targets, while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

You will own P&L, forecasts and improvement plans, drive contract health reviews, and mentor teams through training and performance management, promoting a compliant safety culture.

Qualifications

• P&L management, budgeting and forecasting responsibility.
• Strong contract-management experience in TWM sector.
• Waste knowledge across Hazardous, Non-hazardous, Scrap and recyclates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and regulated delivery of a large Total Waste Management (TWM) contract on a COMAH site, promoting a compliant and safe team environment.
• Manage Contract Managers, Site Managers and Supervisors to achieve service, contractual, KPI and budget targets.
• Build strong customer relationships across the site, lead customer and team meetings, and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Take responsibility for commercial performance, including P&L management, forecasts, budgets and mitigation plans.
• Drive contract health reviews and continuous-improvement activities with safety management systems.
• Support, develop and mentor teams through training, succession planning and performance management.
