Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Senior Total Rewards Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to shape and deliver compensation programmes across the EMEA region. You will design, implement and administer salary ranges, bonuses and program cost analyses while collaborating with HR, talent leaders and business partners.

You’ll drive merit cycles, promotions and long-term incentive projects, deliver data-driven insights using Excel and Power BI, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, math, or other business-related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 5 years’ combined experience in compensation, finance or human resources, including 3 years’ experience with compensation program administration, design and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of compensation fundamentals (e.g., market pricing, job evaluations, base pay and incentive administration, consulting principles).
• Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations affecting compensation design and administration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to consult and summarize analytics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support design, implementation and administration of compensation programs to drive market competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
• Provide consultation to HR, Talent Acquisition and leaders; share knowledge on compensation strategies and program options.
• Conduct job evaluations to drive internal/external equity and support new job creation and leveling.
• Drive annual compensation processes including merit, promotions, bonuses and long-term incentives; data audits and reporting.
• Lead projects, provide SME input, develop analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop communications, tools and resources to drive engagement and understanding of compensation programs.
