Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is partnering with a leading consultancy in Reading to appoint a Principal to Associate level planner to lead strategic land projects and advise landowners, developers and promoters on unlocking opportunities through the planning system.

The role focuses on promoting strategic sites through Local Plans, site allocations and representations, conducting site appraisals and managing residential, mixed-use and employment schemes.

Qualifications

• MRTPI qualified with strong experience in strategic land, planning or development.
• Solid understanding of Local Plans, site promotion and development strategy.
• Ability to manage projects and clients independently.

• Lead the promotion of strategic sites through Local Plans and site allocation processes.

The Role

About You

You'll be MRTPI qualified with strong experience in strategic land, planning or development. You'll have a good understanding of Local Plans, site promotion and development strategy, alongside the confidence to manage projects and clients independently.
