Job summary

HS2 Ltd in London (hybrid) is seeking a Lead Traffic Management System (TMS) Engineer to lead the development and assurance of TMS specifications and its integration with HS2 Railway.

You will manage stakeholder engagement, provide technical leadership for specialist resources, develop requirements and standards, and drive interfaces with CCS subsystems and external partners, ensuring delivery within time and budget while upholding HS2 values of Safety, Leadership, Integrity and Respect.

Qualifications

• Experience leading TMS engineering teams on rail projects.
• Proven ability to develop requirements and standards for TMS.
• Experience managing interfaces with CCS subsystems and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage stakeholders to develop TMS solutions.
• Provide technical assurance for the TMS engineering discipline.
• Develop interfaces between TMS and CCS/rail systems; manage risks.
• Lead work packages and supplier engagement; ensure on-time delivery.
