Qualifications

• Licensed therapist, counsellor, or psychologist (UK/EU).
• Accredited with a relevant regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, BACP).
• Experience in psychological assessment and/or clinical supervision.

Open call for Licensed therapist, counsellor, or psychologist (UK/EU)

Job type: Freelance/Contract

Location: Remote

Pay rate: Set your own pricing, hours, and client fit

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
• Accredited with a relevant regulatory body (e.g. HCPC, BACP)
• Experience in psychological assessment and/or clinical supervision
• Skilled in evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Strong interpersonal and reflective listening skills
• Comfortable collaborating in a mission-led, early-stage team
• Experience working with Gen Z is a plus

Priority will be given to therapists with expertise in:

• Psychosexual therapy / sex-related anxiety
• Work-related stress, burnout, or life direction
• LGBTQIA+ mental health
• Cultural identity & global/intergenerational issues
• OCD, eating disorders, or anger-related challenges

• Have experience in private practice — or are looking to grow one
• Work from a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive perspective
• Are curious about new tools and technologies that enhance care and access
• Want to be part of something purpose-led, not just transactional
• Have lived experience or specialize in supporting: Gen Z, immigrants, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, high-achievers, or creatives.
• Offer integrative modalities like: Nature-based therapy, somatic work, mindfulness, or yoga .
• Have lived in multiple countries or are multilingual
• Are also trained in holistic healing, yoga, breathwork or complementary health practices
