Job summary

Pertemps Medical Professionals are recruiting for an experienced Therapeutic Radiographer Team Manager (Superintendent) to join the Radiotherapy Service at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. This role provides operational leadership and clinical expertise within the Radiotherapy Department, leading staff and driving service improvements.

The successful candidate will have extensive post-registration radiotherapy experience, HCPC registration, and postgraduate/ Master-level qualifications,

Qualifications

• Senior radiographer experience or equivalent
• Post-registration radiotherapy experience
• HCPC registration
• Postgraduate training or Master-level qualification

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and clinical expertise within the Radiotherapy Department.
• Lead and support staff, manage capacity and demand, and drive service improvement.
• Promote a culture aligned with Trust values and ensure safe, compassionate patient care.
