The Horder Centre in Crowborough is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner - Scrub to join a close-knit perioperative team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across the surgical pathway and work with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure safe theatre practice.

In this role you will contribute to audits, service development, and the ongoing clinical improvement of pathways, with exposure to orthopaedic procedures and a supportive professional environment encouraging learning

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RGN) or ODP Level 3 and theatre experience are essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are required to deliver safe perioperative care.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient safety across the theatre pathway.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centred care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient journeys.
• Contribute to clinical audits, research and service development initiatives.
