HCA UK is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner – Scrub for The Princess Grace Hospital in London. This full-time role (37.5 hours) includes Monday to Saturday shifts, in a high-tech theatre environment with a hybrid theatre, robotic surgery suite and laminar flow theatres.

You will join a skilled team delivering perioperative care across a diverse surgical caseload, supporting patient safety and dignity while collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre staff, with development

Competenze

• Registration as a Nurse or ODP with the NMC or HCPC.
• Significant experience working as a scrub practitioner within a theatre environment.
• Strong understanding of perioperative practice and patient safety standards.
• Ability to work flexibly across different surgical specialties.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and team focused approach.

Mansioni

• Provide skilled scrub support across a range of surgical procedures, maintaining high clinical standards throughout.
• Prepare operating theatres, instruments and equipment to ensure safe and effective delivery of surgical care.
• Support patients throughout their perioperative journey, prioritising safety, dignity and comfort.
