Theatre Practitioner – Scrub at The Princess Grace Hospital, London, is a full-time role (37.5 hours) with shifts Monday to Saturday. You’ll scrub across a range of surgical procedures, using advanced theatre tech and working with a skilled team to deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Qualificações

• Registration as a Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with the NMC or HCPC.
• Previous experience working as a Scrub Practitioner within a theatre environment.
• Strong knowledge of perioperative practice and patient safety.
• Ability to work across a range of surgical specialities within theatre.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled scrub support across a variety of surgical procedures with high clinical standards.
• Prepare operating theatres, instruments and equipment for safe, efficient procedures.
• Support patients throughout the perioperative journey, ensuring safety and dignity.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver smooth theatre lists.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with theatre policies.
