Qualifications

• Current registration with the relevant professional body (NMC/HCPC) and a healthcare qualification.
• Educated to diploma or degree level, or equivalent.
• Experience in a theatre leadership or senior clinical role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the theatre department to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Act as a clinical role model across anaesthetics, recovery and scrub specialties.
• Support staff development, process improvements and service delivery initiatives.
• Collaborate with Theatre Manager, surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to improve patient experience.
