Job summary

Healthcare Management Trust - St Hugh's Hospital in Grimsby is seeking a Senior Theatre Practitioner to lead the theatre department and ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care.

You will work closely with the Theatre Manager, surgeons, anaesthetic teams and recovery staff to deliver excellent patient experiences and outcomes, contribute to service development and staff education, and provide visible clinical leadership across the perioperative care path.

Job description

As Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day running of the theatre department, helping to ensure the safe, effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient care.

Working across your specialist area of practice, you will act as a clinical role model, supporting colleagues, promoting best practice and maintaining the highest professional standards. You will work closely with the Theatre Manager, surgeons, anaesthetic teams, recovery practitioners and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient experiences and outcomes.
