Job summary

Aviva plc in the UK is seeking a Senior Test Manager to shape how teams deliver quality across multiple projects and platforms. You’ll lead testing strategies, drive automation initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to embed best practices that improve efficiency and outcomes for customers.

You will work in a hybrid model across Norwich and other UK locations, guiding teams through both waterfall and agile delivery while inspiring a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Test Manager with hands-on test automation experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with stakeholder engagement.
• Willingness to learn and explore new automation tools and approaches.
• Solid understanding of waterfall and agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent planning, organisation, communication and attention to detail.
