Job summary

iO Associates in London / Cirencester is seeking two experienced Programme Test Managers for a major transformation in a financial services client. This hybrid role starts as a 6-month contract, paying £550–£630 per day and Outside IR35.

You will own the overall testing strategy and delivery, ensure testing governance, and coordinate activities across data, technology and finance up to go-live. Extensive non-functional and performance testing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with non-functional and performance testing.
• Experience leading testing in large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement Test Strategies.
• Experience managing testing through go-live.
• Strong governance, risk and assurance knowledge.
• Experience with complex data environments.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar tools.

Responsibilities
