Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior testing leader to partner with Implementation Test Leads and delivery stakeholders to govern end-to-end test execution for Alpha implementations. This role ensures testing aligns with program milestones, performance readiness, and automation adoption across front, middle, and back-office operations.

• Experience leading large-scale testing programs in financial services.
• Strong governance, risk management, and quality assurance practices.

Responsibilities

• Define testing strategy and governance for Alpha implementations.
• Oversee end-to-end test execution and defect resolution.
• Coordinate with Implementation Leads, PMO, and tech partners.
• Provide data-driven reporting to senior leadership.
• Drive automation adoption with Automation team.
