Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a senior front office testing leader to partner with Implementation Test Leads, Charles River Development, Alpha delivery teams and client stakeholders. You will govern end-to-end testing across CRIMS, ADP, and front-to-back integration points.

The role spans complex asset manager operating models, coordinating portfolio management, trading, compliance, IBOR, middle office and data consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Technology, Finance, Management or related fields.
• 15+ years overall experience in large-scale financial or technology transformation programs.
• Experience with OMS, PMS, EMS, IBOR or similar front office platforms.
• Direct experience in asset/investment management or buy-side environments preferred.
• 8+ years leading cross-functional delivery teams in client-facing settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Implementation Test Leads to manage workflow testing for Alpha implementations across portfolio management, trading, compliance, and post-trade workflows.
• Own and govern all aspects of Front Office testing, including strategy, planning, execution, defects, and reporting.
• Coordinate testing across CRIMS, Alpha Data Platform and related front-to-back integrations.
• Collaborate with Client, Technical Implementation, and Product teams to tailor CRIMS modules for clients.
• Support performance and automation testing with System Performance and Automation teams.
