Qualifications

• Extensive experience defining test strategies for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven ability to lead testing across modern and legacy systems.
• Strong background in non-functional testing (performance, security, accessibility).

Responsibilities

• Define and own the test strategy across Java Spring Boot, AWS Serverless, Ruby on Rails with React, and legacy mainframe systems.
• Lead testers in one or more multi-disciplinary teams and mentor individuals.
• Plan functional, integration, regression, performance, accessibility, and security testing across the lifecycle.
• Establish quality metrics, reporting, and dashboards for stakeholders.
