Job summary

FCDO Services is seeking a proactive test lead to define and implement test strategies aligned with ISO standards and business needs. You’ll guide a team of testers, optimise test processes, and ensure thorough documentation and sign-off by end users.

Strong communication with stakeholders is essential. The role requires experience in automation testing, defect tracking, and knowledge of AWS/Azure, with ISTQB Advanced and ITIL certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with automation testing and defect tracking tools.
• Ability to design and implement test strategies across ISO standards.
• Familiarity with Agile and ITIL Foundation; ISTQB Advanced certification preferred.
• Basic SQL scripting knowledge and ability to interrogate databases.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement test strategies that meet ISO standards and project requirements.
• Improve and optimise tests; produce required supporting documentation.
• Manage a team of testers and ensure their work is signed off by end users.
• Liaise with stakeholders to align defect management with operational priorities.
