Job summary

M&G plc invites applications for a testing-focused role within UK financial services, collaborating with the IFO team to roll out PruFund across platforms. You will verify pControl functionality, manage defect tracking, and coordinate change requests alongside a project team.

Applicants should have strong numerical and analytical skills, experience with finance/investment systems, and familiarity with UK regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the UK financial services industry
• Experience working with pControl highly desirable
• Experience of performing business and test analysis
• Experience of different types of system testing
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience documenting business requirements and change requests
• Knowledge of UK regulatory & legislative requirements
• Experience working with third party relationships
• Adaptable and positive role model to others

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute day-to-day testing (SIT, UAT, end-to-end, regression)
• Produce and test outputs for PruFund on Platform
• Maintain test environments across testing stages
• Keep JIRA test records up to date
• Identify defects and log through appropriate channels
• Raise change requests and coordinate with pControl supplier
• Collaborate with IFO to adapt processes for new platforms
• Update business procedure documentation and rollout changes
• Support delivery planning and go-live readiness
