Job summary

Gazelle Global is seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead quality assurance across a major protection insurance transformation and migration programme. This 12-month contract offers hybrid working from Edinburgh or Manchester with occasional travel to London and Dublin.

You will own the test strategy and integrated plan, coordinating multiple workstreams, vendors and delivery teams as the programme migrates around 280,000 in-force policies across the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience leading QA for financial services transformation projects.
• Knowledge of migration assurance and evidence-based quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall test strategy and integrated test plan across workstreams.
• Lead governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Manage vendors and delivery teams through complex migration.
