Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a fast-paced Agile delivery team, focusing on ETL and data warehouse testing using Oracle RDS and Talend. Hybrid role based in Telford with 2 days on site, working closely with developers, BA, and project teams.

You will define test approaches, execute functional and integration tests, prepare test data, manage risks, and maintain audit-friendly evidence using JIRA, Confluence and Zephyr. Experience with API testing (Postman) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in ETL testing, data warehousing and Oracle environments.
• Proven ability to define test approaches and execute functional/integration tests.
• Proficient in Agile delivery environments and using test management tools.
• Ability to produce clear test documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Produce Test Approach and Test Completion reports.
• Analyse requirements and designs for testability and quality.
• Prepare and manage test data for execution.
• Perform Functional System Testing and Integration Testing; support End-to-End testing.
• Identify risks, defects, and issues and report to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, architects, and project teams in an Agile setting.
• Maintain audit-compliant test evidence and progress updates.
