To support our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Senior Test Analyst to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our software solutions. You will be responsible for conducting thorough testing and analysis to identify issues and ensure the software meets standards and compliance.

About the role

• Collaborate with analysis and development teams to design and execute robust test cases and scenarios.
• Conduct functional and non-functional testing to identify defects and analyze root causes.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated testing scripts and frameworks.
• Perform regression testing to ensure enhancements and fixes do not impact existing functionality.
• Create comprehensive test plans and reports documenting procedures and results.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and align testing with business objectives.
• Participate in designing and implementing software quality assurance methodologies and processes.

About you

• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in the financial services industry (training will be provided if not).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder conversations.
