Job summary

TSL is seeking a Civil/Structural engineer with strong Temporary Works experience to lead planning, design review and on-site delivery across UK projects. You will coordinate with designers, subcontractors and the operations team to ensure safe, compliant Temporary Works solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in Temporary Works Lead or similar, BS5975 knowledge, and relevant certifications. Travel across UK projects with sites on varying schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Temporary Works certifications required.
• Experience as Temporary Works Lead or Supervisor preferred.
• Understanding of BS 5975: Part 1 & 2 standards.
• CSCS and health & safety compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, review and manage Temporary Works design and delivery on site.
• Coordinate with project teams, designers and subcontractors to ensure compliance.
• Maintain documentation and approvals across the Temporary Works lifecycle.
• Promote safety culture and adherence to UK standards and BS codes.
