Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Engineer to join a leading UK consultancy delivering temporary works design and management across diverse projects.

You will contribute to both civil, structural and geotechnical engineering, lead design checks, and support tendering and preconstruction planning in a collaborative, safety-focused environment with agile working (up to 1-2 days home per week) across multiple UK locations.

Qualifications

• Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng).
• Experience in temporary works design/management or related construction roles.
• Strong organisation and communication skills for collaborative teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver temporary works design and checking across projects.
• Review permanent designs for compliance and buildability.
• Support tenders, preconstruction planning, and technical issue resolution.
