Job summary

REDFISH INFRASTRUCTURE LIMITED is seeking a Senior Temporary Works Engineer for the M54 to M6 Link Road upgrade in the Midlands on a 6-month contract. You will lead temporary works design and checking across a live highways environment, ensuring safe, buildable and compliant solutions.

You will mentor junior engineers, coordinate with site teams, designers and the client, and manage temporary works packages in line with CDM Regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Temporary works design and checking experience.
• Ability to lead design solutions on major infrastructure projects.
• Experience coordinating with clients, designers and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead temporary works design and checking, integrated with permanent works where needed.
• Assess and review third-party temporary works designs.
• Manage technical side of temporary works packages in line with CDM Regulations and company procedures.
• Work closely with site teams, designers and the client, representing the business at project meetings.
• Mentor and support less experienced engineers.
