You will own design from concept to detailed drawings, coordinate with the director, mentor engineers and help safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Senior engineer with proven temporary works experience.
• Ability to lead design from concept to detailed design.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically challenging temporary works projects from concept to detailed design.
• Broaden technical experience across demolition, façade retention, propping, excavations, piling, platforms, crane bases, formwork.
• Collaborate with a company director on technical decisions and solutions.
• Develop leadership by mentoring engineers and helping build team capability.
• Manage design programmes, resources and technical reviews to meet deadlines.
• Maintain robust design records and champion process improvements.
