Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking a Senior Design Engineer to join the Watford office on a temporary works project. This hands-on role will see you deliver temporary works designs across major infrastructure projects, from concept through to delivery, collaborating with project teams and site personnel.

You will own design workstreams, produce calculations and drawings, and work in a hybrid model at a Watford-based office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years' experience in structural/temporary works design.
• Strong hands-on temporary works design experience.
• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and buildability.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver temporary works solutions across a range of projects.
• Produce and review structural calculations, drawings and technical documentation.
• Take ownership of designs and manage individual workstreams.
• Work closely with construction and project teams to develop practical, buildable solutions.
