Job summary

CityFibre in Milton Keynes is seeking a Commercial and Contract Manager to lead the commercial and contractual management of our largest, most complex operational contracts within the Supply Chain & Supplier Performance team.

You will drive supplier performance, governance and value for money, overseeing forecasting, spend and risk across multiple workstreams while developing a high-performing team of Quantity Surveyors.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial management or Quantity Surveying experience in large-scale contracts.
• Experience overseeing major programmes or high-value contracts (£150m+).
• Strong contract governance, supplier negotiation and performance improvement skills.
• Ability to use financial and operational data to drive value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and contract management of high-value telecoms supplier contracts.
• Manage commercial performance, forecasting, spend and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Use data to identify efficiencies and deliver value for money.
• Provide commercial, contractual and risk management expertise to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors.
