Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a Commercial and Contract Manager to lead the commercial and contractual management of its largest and most complex telecoms supplier contracts. The role sits in the Supply Chain & Supplier Performance team, focusing on performance, governance, value for money and strong stakeholder partnerships across critical network workstreams.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial management or Quantity Surveying experience with complex contracts.
• Experience overseeing major programmes or high-value contracts (£150m+).
• Strong contract management, governance and supplier negotiation skills.
• Ability to use financial and operational data to drive performance and value.
• Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Telecoms experience and qualifications (RICS, MRICS, MCIOB, APM or Prince2) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and contract management of high-value telecoms supplier contracts.
• Manage commercial performance, forecasting, spend and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Use commercial and operational data to identify efficiencies and deliver value for money.
• Provide commercial, contractual and risk management expertise to key business stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors, supporting capability and performance.
