Job summary

CityFibre is seeking a Commercial and Contract Manager to lead the commercial and contractual management of its largest telecoms supplier contracts. You will drive performance, forecasting and value for money across multiple workstreams, while building strong supplier relationships and delivering strategic savings.

You’ll lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and work closely with senior stakeholders to manage risk, governance and commercial strategy.

Qualifications

• Significant commercial management or Quantity Surveying experience in a large operational environment.
• Experience with major programmes or high-value contracts (£150m+).
• Strong governance, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial and contract management of high-value telecoms supplier contracts.
• Manage commercial performance, forecasting, spend and risk across multiple workstreams.
• Build strong supplier relationships and drive performance improvements.
• Use financial and operational data to identify efficiencies and deliver value for money.
• Provide commercial, contractual and risk management expertise to senior stakeholders.
• Lead and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors and support capability.
