Job summary

GTT Communications, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex technology programmes for enterprise customers.

You will manage projects end-to-end, coordinating internal teams and third-party partners while driving governance and continuous improvement. The role requires 5+ years in project management within telecom/ICT, strong communication, and hands-on experience with SD-WAN and security solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in ISP/Managed Services, Enterprise Networking or ICT environments.
• Experience managing project budgets up to $5M+ and multiple stakeholders across teams.
• Strong governance, risk, change control and escalation management skills.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex customer programmes and deliver on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-value technology programmes for enterprise customers.
• Manage projects across full lifecycle from pre-sales through handover across global environments.
• Establish and lead project boards and virtual teams; serve as primary communications contact.
