Qualifications

• Senior Manager with end-to-end mobilisation and delivery of large-scale programmes.
• Experience in client-facing delivery for complex change and transformation.
• Proven ability to lead teams across multiple workstreams and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for mobilisation, delivery and benefits of large-scale programmes.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to manage change programmes and roadmaps.
• Influence and negotiate programme outcomes with senior client stakeholders.
• Ensure programmes deliver benefits to agreed timelines and budgets.
• Develop teams, supervise and coach staff, and manage engagement finances.
