Job summary

Anson McCade Pty in the United Kingdom is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead – Associate Manager to own complex technology transformation programmes for public sector clients. This senior role focuses on delivery across the full lifecycle, combining project management with technical engagement across architecture, design and delivery teams.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and dependencies, and report to stakeholders while operating across agile and waterfall methodologies

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering technology transformation projects end to end.
• Experience leading design, build and test phases across complex programmes.
• Proven Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) with Waterfall where needed.
• Excellent client-facing and senior stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery of complex technology transformation projects.
• Driving delivery to agreed timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Managing multidisciplinary and geographically distributed technology teams.
• Developing and managing detailed delivery plans across design, build and implementation.
• Managing risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Working closely with clients to manage expectations and ensure delivery remains aligned to business requirements.
• Building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Working across Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban, as well as Waterfall where appropriate.
• Providing functional and technical expertise throughout delivery.
• Working closely with technical teams across areas such as Technical Architecture, Solution Architecture, Business Analysis and Technical Design.
• Managing project governance, stakeholder communication and delivery reporting.
• Supporting the development and management of team members.
