Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Director of Strategic Programme Management in London to lead complex transformation programmes from strategy to delivery. This senior role requires influencing senior stakeholders and shaping major client engagements.

You'll provide programme and PMO leadership across large client programmes, build relationships with C-suite executives, and develop consulting teams. The role focuses on delivering practical, sustainable solutions and identifying new business

Qualifications

10+ years’ experience in management consulting or professional services.
Strong expertise in Programme Management and Portfolio Management.
Experience in a Big 4 or equivalent is highly desirable.
Proven experience leading teams and delivering end-to-end outcomes.
Excellent relationships with senior client stakeholders and delivery leadership.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; capable of simplifying complex problems.

Responsibilities

Leading complex transformation programmes from strategy through delivery.
Providing programme, portfolio, and PMO leadership across major client engagements.
Acting as a trusted programme leader when required.
Developing relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders.
Designing practical solutions to complex programme challenges.
Leading and developing consulting teams.
Shaping new business opportunities and supporting proposals.
