Job summary

Anson McCade is seeking a Director of Strategic Programme Management in London. This senior leadership role combines hands-on delivery, client advisory, business development and practice growth within a global change and transformation consultancy.

You will own complex programme and portfolio engagements, lead consulting teams and build relationships with C-suite stakeholders to drive transformation and grow key accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in management consulting, advisory or professional services.
• Strong expertise across Programme Management, Portfolio Management and/or PMO.
• comfortable with budgets of £5million upwards.
• Proven track record leading consulting teams on high-value client programmes.
• Experience working with senior executives and building trusted relationships.
• Commercial capability including business development and account growth.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for complex organisations.
• External accreditation or recognition is desirable.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree or certifications advantageous.
• Must be authorised to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programme and portfolio engagements from strategy through delivery.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior executives and senior client stakeholders.
• Grow existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities.
• Lead proposals, pursuits and client presentations to secure engagements.
• Develop consulting teams across complex engagements and contribute to practice growth.
• Shape the PMO and programme management proposition and external thought leadership.
