Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is seeking an experienced Managing Solutions Architect to lead major architecture and digital transformation programmes in Defence and Public Sector across the UK. This senior, client-facing role blends technical leadership with proactive business development.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and shape transformation strategies while growing client relationships and mentoring consultants within a market-leading practice.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading architecture and engineering teams in Defence or Government.
• Experience delivering enterprise, solution or digital architecture across complex transformation programmes.
• Ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders.
• Proven track record in business development, pre-sales and winning new work.
• Experience across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, UML or ArchiMate.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and advise senior stakeholders on architecture strategies for large transformation programmes.
• Deliver architecture strategies across major transformation initiatives and client engagements.
• Develop new business, mentor consultants and contribute to the growth of the practice.
