Role Overview

Are you a skilled Power Platform consultant with a strong mix of technical and functional expertise? Our client, a Microsoft Digital Transformation Partner, is looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant to join their growing team. You will work on various customer projects, designing, configuring, and delivering solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE.

You will collaborate with Lead Consultants and project teams from initial requirements through to implementation and support, while mentoring junior colleagues and supporting pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

1. Play a key role in solution delivery, ensuring smooth project execution within functional and technical teams.
2. Contribute throughout all implementation phases, from workshops and requirements analysis to configuration, customization, release, and environment management.
3. Gather and align requirements with business objectives, understanding existing processes.
4. Provide expert knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE, assessing customer processes against standard functionality.
5. Manage small-scale projects, including budget, resource, and milestone reporting, supported by Crimson's PMO.
6. Document business requirements and support pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and estimations.
7. Facilitate decision-making for modifications/customizations and produce functional design documents.
8. Conduct acceptance testing and deliver training for successful adoption and maintenance of solutions.
9. Identify risks and challenges in sector-specific implementations using industry insights.

Technical Skills Required

• Design, create, and configure Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions, implementing 'low code, no code' approaches where appropriate.
• Experience with Dynamics 365/CRM modules such as Sales, Marketing, Service, and Case Management.
• Custom ISV/xRM solutions using Dynamics 365 & Power Platform.
• Customization and configuration including Entity Design, Business Process Flows, Workflows, Dashboards, and Reporting.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365 security model and JavaScript interpretation within Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of custom plugins/workflow assemblies, working to Crimson's design standards.
