Job summary

Charles Hurst Lotus | Maserati & Ferrari in Belfast is seeking an experienced Senior/Master Technician to diagnose and repair high‑end performance vehicles to exacting Lotus, Maserati and Ferrari standards. You will lead by example, mentoring workshop colleagues and delivering right‑first‑time repairs.

The role offers manufacturer‑accredited training including Hybrid & Electric qualifications, career progression, and a competitive package with OTE up to £46,600.

Qualifications

• Exceptional diagnostic capability and advanced mechanical knowledge.
• Previous Master Technician experience or equivalent senior‑level role
• NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or similar qualification
• Confident in the use of diagnostic tools and specialist equipment

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex faults to Lotus, Maserati & Ferrari manufacturer standards
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to colleagues within the workshop
• Prepare and quality-check new and used performance vehicles for sale
• Maintain the highest levels of workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
