As a Senior Technician, your specific responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks. To thrive in this role, you will need to:

Responsibilities will include:
- Drive service and standards and represent the Tesco brand well.
- Oversee workflow to prioritize day-to-day repairs using CMMS.
- Own and successfully deliver the safe and legal audits.
- Ensure all PPMs are carried out within specified timeframes and recommendations are completed—stand over L8 & LOLER and PUWER equipment on sites, ensuring legal compliance at all times.
- Deliver strong critical asset availability through a tenacious and pragmatic approach.
- Liaise with stakeholders on any intrinsic faulty equipment affecting operations.
- Deliver strong compliance in pest control through a proactive mindset.
- Coordinate and assure contractor works on site; be the go-to person for best practices—manage parts inventory with a cost-conscious mindset.
- Continuously improve SSOW / SOPs.
- Complete any reasonable ad hoc requests as per line manager’s instructions—multi-site responsibilities and ownership.
- Follow our Business Code of Conduct, acting with integrity and due diligence.
