Job Title: Senior Technician

We are seeking a Senior Technician to join our Design team based in Liverpool. The team works on designing a wide range of building types and site redevelopments across various construction sectors such as education, retail, blue light, conservation, and commercial, serving both public and private clients.

Location: Liverpool

Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Some flexibility on hours is available; please discuss this when you speak to us.

Responsibilities:

• Producing and checking coordinated civil and structural engineering drawings, 3D building models, reinforcement schedules, and specifications.
• Collaborating with other technical disciplines to ensure design accuracy and coordination.
• Visiting sites for surveys and inspections, and attending meetings at various offices as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or equivalent in Civil or Structural Engineering (BSc, MSc, BEng, or MEng).
• Graduate or Associate Membership of ICE, IStructE, or IWEM, with an aspiration to become a Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Proficiency in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with experience in producing building structure models and drawings compliant with current standards and regulations.
• Full driving license for site visits and meetings.
