Job Opportunity: Senior Engineer

We are working with an exceptional, well-established client who is highly regarded within the industry. They are seeking a senior member to join their engineering team to lead key initiatives.

Package
  • Salary: £53,484 + Pension up to 10% + Life Assurance 6x salary
  • Shift: 4 on 4 off – days and nights
  • Location: North Lincolnshire
Role Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  2. Support the maintenance manager in supervising technicians
  3. Resolve breakdowns and implement continuous improvement (CI) to reduce downtime
  4. Gather and analyze information regarding machinery performance
  5. Maintain accurate engineering logs and update computer systems with relevant data
Requirements and Experience
  • HNC qualification or completed apprenticeship
  • Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience (highly desirable)
  • Experience with SAP (desirable)
