Job summary

Radiant seeks a Senior Technical Writer to own and improve our technical documentation across APIs, infrastructure, platform services, and workflows. You will work with Product, Engineering, SRE, Support, and Solutions teams to translate complex concepts into clear, accurate content for developers, customers, and internal users.

This hands‑on role requires testing content, shaping documentation standards, and ensuring docs evolve with rapid product changes in a cloud‑based AI infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience writing documentation for technical products, cloud platforms, APIs, or SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows.
• Ability to read code, API specs, and architecture diagrams to extract information.
• Docs-as-code experience using Markdown, Git and tooling like Docusaurus/MkDocs/ReadMe.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible content for multiple audiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate documentation into product releases.
• Establish standards, templates, and processes for engineering-driven docs.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment where products and docs evolve quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Radiant’s developer and product documentation across APIs, infrastructure, platform services, integrations, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure documentation is included in the product development and release process.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise materials for diverse audiences.
• Create and maintain getting-started guides, how-to content, examples, architecture explanations, and best-practice docs.
• Test documented workflows to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Improve structure, navigation, discoverability, and consistency of Radiant’s docs.
• Partner with Support and Solutions to turn common issues into better self-service content.
• Establish documentation standards, templates, and processes for engineering contributions.
• Track quality and usage with feedback and product data to drive continuous improvement.
