Job summary

Radiant is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own and enhance the documentation for our AI infrastructure platform. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable content across APIs, infrastructure and platform services, working closely with Product, Engineering and SRE teams.

You’ll produce guides, tutorials and reference materials, maintain documentation standards, and ensure fast, accurate documentation during product updates.

Qualifications

• Experience writing documentation for technical products, cloud platforms, APIs or SaaS.
• Strong technical fluency across cloud infrastructure, APIs, developer workflows, and observability.
• Comfort reading code, API specs, configuration files, and designs.
• Experience with docs‑as‑code workflows: Markdown, Git, and tooling like Docusaurus/MkDocs.
• Able to work with engineers to extract information without fully formed material.
• Excellent writing, editing and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments where products evolve quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Radiant’s developer and product documentation (guides, tutorials, API docs, reference material).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to include docs in the product development and release process.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise content for technical audiences.
• Create getting-started guides, how-to content, examples, architecture explanations, and best-practice docs.
• Test documented workflows to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Improve structure, navigation, discoverability and consistency of Radiant’s docs.
• Partner with Support and Solutions teams to turn customer issues into better self‑service content.
• Establish documentation standards, templates and style guidelines.
• Track quality and usage to continuously improve the experience.
