Role: Senior Technical Underwriter

Join NFU Mutual as a pivotal member of our Regional Senior Technician Underwriting team, managing complex, high-value cases, and ensuring technical activity delivery. You'll advise, train, and guide others to maintain technical knowledge and meet objectives, KPIs, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include managing intricate cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading training, contributing to strategic development, and reporting on technical activities.

About you

Proven experience managing complex Commercial Underwriting cases, providing technical expertise, and supporting peer development. Skills required include excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, stakeholder management, and report writing (desirable).
