Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a Staff Technical Support Engineer to act as a senior technical leader within our global support organization. You will own complex, high-impact challenges across satellite navigation test and simulation platforms, collaborating with strategic customers and PNT’s teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, electronics, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 8+ years of experience in technical support, field engineering, or systems integration, preferably RF/GNSS/test & measurement domains.
• Expert-level understanding of Linux internals, performance, and scripting (Bash, Python).
• Knowledge of RF test equipment and signal chains; familiarity with networking protocols and packet analysis (Wireshark, tcpdump).
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical investigations and influence engineering teams under high-pressure escalations.
• Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Git, and observability stacks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex customer issues across software/hardware environments.
• Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate with Product, R&D, QA, and Field Engineering.
• Develop or contribute to diagnostic tools and automation to improve support efficiency.
