Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, CS, or related field.
• Some practical experience in technical support or engineering.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment such as meters and spectrum analyzers.
• Experience with Linux-based systems.
• Exposure to GNSS systems or related technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce and Jira.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to customers via online portals, email, and phone.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools and test equipment.
• Reproduce, investigate, and document customer-reported issues using Salesforce and Jira.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems; assist with on-site installations, integrations, and training.
• Perform basic hardware repairs and calibration services.
• Distribute and support software and firmware updates for customer systems.
• Maintain and improve documentation and technical content available to customers.
• Generate test scenarios and configurations in response to customer needs.
• Awareness of QEHS policies and IT Security policies.
